Behavioural questions seek past examples of specific behaviour to assess the presence or absence of a particular skill, performance factor or competency.
- What has been the most significant presentation or report you have had to undertake to date?
- Tell me about a time when you were able to motivate your colleagues and staff.
- When you’ve had a boring job to do, how did you handle it?
- Give me an example of a time when you have had to use information gathering skills to solve a problem. how did you analyse the information to come to a decision?
