Nothing major has happened April 2012

Nothing major has happened to tell you about since I last wrote. I have lost a stone at weightwatchers, the car passed its MOT without too much expense, my birthday was low key (I went off for a day shopping in Milton Keynes), I’ve seen all the children at different times and J1 and I visited my former mother-in-law for the first time in about 9 years and it went well and she was pleased to see us which was nice. She is now in an old people’s home in Bognor. FP has been rehearsing for 6 days of his Music Hall show which starts next week and we have booked to go on a small group, ‘budget’ style tour of northern India for 3 weeks in August – local transport, guesthouses, camping, sleeper trains, camel treks, but constantly moving which just fills me with excitement. I am still looking to get a better paid job and have had one further interview without success unlike A* who has got another big promotion – clever and confident young woman that she is. J2 returns home for good in 2 weeks and Tony the lodger moves this week-end so I have two weeks to decorate and de-fumigate from the smoke. May is booked to be a month of parties and outings.
